2. Product Returns

Returns or replacements are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect products if reported within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in original packaging.

3. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not accepted. Refunds for valid cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Opened or used products, items purchased during special promotions, and E-pins/digital wallet activations are non-refundable.
